We now have several brief tutorials explaining how to use some of the key features of ONTRAK. These sound accompanied tutorials are useful for the new user as a brief refresher.
After logging in, periodically visit "My Profile" on the top of each ONTRAK screen to determine if all information is current, your latest phone number is entered and you have changed your password to one you will easily remember and for which no one else will have knowledge or access.
Important Notice: ONTRAK is an administrative application for project tracking and communication and is not required to meet HIPAA guidelines. ONTRAK should therefore not be used to store or disseminate PHI or clinical information.
